Suspended fraud-accused lawyer Zuko Nonxuba obtained a R24 million settlement for a child left severely disabled by state negligence five years ago - but insists his mother is not owed any of that money because the little boy died.

Karyn Maughan Constitutional Court Well-done WDP Attorneys

Joe Constitutional Court There is still about R101million left in his trust account. The Fidelity Fund will also need to step in to assist the families who were allegedly defrauded by him. Armand Du Plessis is helping at least six such families to get funds to care for these children.

Fraud accused lawyer Zuko Nonxuba allegedly looted hundreds of millions of rancs from medical negligence settlements for severely disabled children.
Constitutional Court has now rejected his challenge to his suspension, meaning LPC can apply for his striking.
