Any ideas for how to begin marketing yourself as an author or even just posting on social media. Every single person is out there selling something or some idea and I'm exhausted before I even try to join the charade.

It's incredible how easy it is to forget the effect Taichi has on my life. I went a few days without practice and was a greasy mess. Getting into a writing groove took exponentially longer and my anxiety was sky high for no reason! Go meditate and move with purpose people!

If only this new 1.7 trillion dollar government overhaul included something for its own citizens who are losing the war against corporations destroying our country.
