Kansas bill is actually a felony ban and would charge doctors with a felony for providing that care to trans people. These bills are horrendously cruel. This brings the count of states targeting trans adults to 4 and the states targeting trans care in general to 10.

The pace of anti trans legislation now targeting adult transition is not surprising. The goal of republicans is to detransition all trans people and force us to be cis or die. The cruelty is the point and this is genocide

Three bills just dropped in Arizona that would define "people dressing opposite of their biological sex at birth and exaggerating their gender" as "adult content." It says they can only do it in strip clubs, not before noon on Sundays. It threatens them with criminal records.
