Los Angeles County has now sent TWO emergency evacuation messages to the ENTIRE county by mistake in less than 12 hours. The most recent one was sent just after 4 AM. We deserve better. The incompetence is unbelievable.

Palisades fire burning in Mandeville Canyon this morning at 6am in Los Angeles.

A new shift of firefighters rolls into Altadena, California. Most of these engines are from out of town, many from Northern California.

The fire burning near Mountain Gate and Mandeville Canyon is currently the focus of a massive aerial assault. We counted no less than 8 water dropping helicopters in a row hitting the fire in the canyon. Plus multiple repeated runs by planes dropping Phos-Chek fire retardant.

Current scene at the DC prison, where supporters continue to wait to see if January 6 prisoners will be released tonight after Trump’s earlier presidential J6 pardon. The prison is officially known as DC Central Detention Facility.

American Airlines Flight AA1006 was flying from Colorado Springs to Dallas. It diverted to Denver Airport and the engine caught fire near the gate. Plane was successfully evacuated, but some passengers were seen taking their large backpacks with them. Here is the flight track:
