Before the reintroduction into the lake Tseny in the Northwest of Madagascarof individuals of Paretroplus menarambo(CR redlist) bred in semi-captivities, we have evaluated the risk of diseases, study its habitat by "radio-tracking".Thanks Chester Zoo American Cichlid Association
Madagasikaravoakajy wants to help people living in remote sites of intervention to have access to medical care. For this, a workshop was organized on May 17, 2019 with medical and local authority in order to work on strategies for improving the health status of communities in Mangabe PA .
All of this won't be possible without the support of our partner especially Chester Zoo for the endangered species conservation project and IUCN Save Our Species for the youth empowerment Rainforest Trust for the Mangabe protected area activities.

Madagasikaravoakajy has decided to extend the youth project in the Lakato rural commun after the success of the first project. Indeed, 47 households followed the example of the youths in their rice farming techniques. Thanks to IUCN Save Our Species for their support
Have you ever seen a baobab seedling? With the support of GlobalTreesCampaign we are monitoring Andasonia suarezensis seedlings in the nurseries we have set up in Ampisikinana (Loky-Manambato) to increase the population of this critically endangered species.
Apart the Damba menarambo which is a critically endangered of Extinction fish; Lake Tseny and its surroundings also shelter other biodiversity protected and endemic to Madagascar Chester Zoo .
