Oral cholera vaccines decrease risk of getting cholera if living in an environment where cholera is common or prevailing. However,  this will not remove the risk completely. To help protect yourself & others, wash your hands often with safe running water & soap. #VaccinesWork

Thanks to the decline in cholera cases, Ministry of HealthZW w/World Health Organization (WHO) support & Health Resilience Fund funding has begun decommissioning cholera treatment centres. The exercise allows redeployment of health workers to areas with ongoing need & resource reallocation for preparedness in potential hotspots.

The decommissioning exercise started with a training of trainers which will be cascaded to provincial & district level. It’s been 23 days since 🇿🇼 last recorded a cholera case & is currently monitoring the situation with the hopes of declaring the country cholera free by 1 August

Midnight Prayers. 🔥 This quiet time between you & God is an opportunity to pour out your heart, knowing that He listens to every whisper. Please don't rush these prayer points, take your time to pray them well. Spend at least 5 minutes on each prayer point
