A study by Ernst & Young found that 94% of female executives played sports….with almost half playing at the college level. If your goal of playing sports is just a college scholarship, you need to think bigger about the experience you’re gaining. #NGWSD

You know what I wish would happen? Run a week long camp in front of college coaches. Put numbers in the players. Coaches can’t know what high school or AAU team the kids play for. I love to see those rankings and what recruitment would look like.

Every team member is responsible for the culture of the team. Everyone owns a part in that culture. It's not coach's team. It's not the starter's team. It's not so-and-so team. It's everyone's team. Everyone should be invested in the process.

Vibe check. Rankings in club and HS are great for the socials, but the actual glow up career you have in college is directly correlated to your work ethic and intent on developing your game and leadership skills with the program you are at. Make your 4 years count!

When you lower standards, the "underachievers" are relieved. When you raise standards, the "champions" are excited.
