What’s the Dx? 39 yo woman w/ burning & itchy purplish spots on toes for 2 wks. Prior to onset, she walked through snow w/out shoes. No meds or hx of trauma or infection. Exam: dusky, blanching macules & papules were seen on the dorsal feet & toes. Tell us your Dx!
