Kids away to granny’s for the night—perfect chance for a long lie, right? Wrong! Instead, up at just after 6am and off on a spontaneous 20km trek around Loch Leven with our two pooches 🐾🐾. And you know what? Absolutely worth every step. There’s something incredibly peaceful

Took a tiny boat across some choppy water on this very breezy day and now I'm in LochLeven Castle. The one Mary Queen of Scots escaped from. It's on a tiny island in Loch Leven, between Perth and Dunfermline.
