This is a mechanism-driven trial based our work that:
⭐️miR-17 represses PKD1/2 (PNAS 2013) and aggravates ADPKD (Nat Comm 2017)
⭐️inhibiting miR-17 or preventing it from binding to PKD1/2 raises PKD1/2 levels and slows ADPKD (Sci Reports 2019 and Nat Com 2019/Nat Com 2022)
