Travelled on the newly opened Metro that takes you from Andheri to Worli. Excellent experience barring the absence of phone connectivity. Saw many people beaming with pride. High-quality Infrastructure is a powerful morale booster for people. Kudos to Ashwini Bhide MumbaiMetro3

Bandra: The big miscalculation many Builders have made is in their price expectation. They started out with a price that included a sea-view. As redevelopment moves briskly with one building after another - those sea-views disappear.

Supreme Arthouse, Bandra: The under-construction project by a below-the-radar developer that saw a ₹174 crore transaction this month. Priced at ₹1.4 lakh per sqft. While it’s not on sea-facing Carter Road, in front of it is a low-rise Police Office that allows it the sea-views.

The dismantling of USAID by DOGE has created a Clash of Billionaires. Bill Gates slammed the move. Now Musk shoots back at him. “Who is Bill Gates to talk about the welfare of children when he had ties to Jeffrey Epstein”

Another idea of Maharashtra Govt that needs to be junked in the bin. Don’t touch the minuscule open spaces we have in Mumbai. We don’t need under-ground parking services below gardens. We need better public transport.

Arrogant of people from other states to defy any communication in the local language. It’s often just good business - besides integration in the community. These language wars are unnecessary.

Godrej Carmichael: This should easily be Godrej’s most exclusive project this decade. Located in the neighbourhood that houses the BMC Commissioner, Port Trust Chairman, RBI Governor. The Godrej family themselves bought 4 apartments for ₹290 cr at ₹1.78 lakh/sqft.

Mumbai Redevelopment Frenzy: Builders are giving lucrative offers to society for their land. But all of them will not convert into a project. Every Engagement does not result in a Marriage

It’s 2025 But the roots of today’s Mumbai were laid in 1662 when the Portuguese gave Bombay to the British as Dowry. And Britain transformed the place into a thriving city with extraordinary vision and execution. Let no amount of nationalism fool you into believing otherwise

Pleasantly surprised to see the road concretisation at Navy Nagar, Colaba. Smooth. Given how low our expectations are on road infrastructure in cities - glad to see this work. It’s not rocket science. Just need stakeholders to be only 50% corrupt and competent.

Overheard a guy (G) asking help from a Helpline Number (Govt) of a government department G: “Sir - your website not working. Need to complete formalities” Govt: “It’s Sunday. No one in office” G: “I’m talking about your website” Govt: “It’s Sunday. How can website work?”

The monsoon will reveal what I have been pointing out for the past 6 months Mumbai’s road concretisation is the biggest road scam of our cities The solution to good roads is taming corruption. And you don’t reduce corruption by throwing more money at it.

In the battle between YouTubers vs ANI, I’m pretty certain who the winners will be. Make no mistake. The top YouTubers have come from ground-up. Strong Research and simple story-telling. They have created a big audience with no license benefit and all-skill. They will win.
