To me he’s just playing a different game than Huberman.
Benjamin Roberts Decoding The Gurus I agree. Peter seems to be out to satisfy his own curiousity on technical and mechanistic questions in medicine/biochemistry rather than bamboozle. If you find the podcast jargony it’s probably more of an audience mismatch issue. His book condenses topics into simpler language.
