The court’s job is not to protect politicians’ futures it’s to uphold the Constitution. If a decision is unlawful, it must be set aside. That’s not controversial, it’s constitutional supremacy in action.

The court’s job isn’t to validate results it’s to validate process. If the process is unlawful, the court must set it aside. That’s how constitutional supremacy works.

Dear Namibians 🇳🇦 I see that the WORST Ombudsman we ever had, John Walters, wants to resurrect by inserting himself in the 1896 Redline on the side of the settler. He must remember he failed the people of Namibia in making the RESETTLEMENT LIST public. I still remember him

I have so much respect for those young black lawyers who started law firms. When they started, it was like the red line. So many hardles were put in place. But they fought, and won. Those young lawyers are the reason why we can say Jan de Kock momatako gohe...

Windhoek has been our Capital City for 35 years now. This is enough. We need to develop other Towns now. Places like Rundu, Ongwediva, Walvis Bay or even Luderits. Land is scarce and inflated in Windhoek now. Lets try somewhere else. Perhaps our people will thrive.

They tried this in Brazil and it worked. In 1960, Brazil moved their capital city from Rio de Janeiro to Brasilia which is situated inland of the Country. Perhaps it’s time we considered moving away from Windhoek as a capital city. The costs of living are beyond our people here.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but please STOP releasing balloons into the air at funerals. That is disastrous to wildlife and the environment. Just cry, light a candle and go home like the rest of us. Let’s protect our beautiful biodiversity. 🙏🏽🙏🏽😭

Woke agenda, tbh. ‘Ombudsman’ is gender-neutral. Has always been. In a country battling real-life issues, Meme Dienda, whose parliamentary career is in the evening of its life, thinks this is the best way to bow out. Not water, poverty or people eating solid waste at Kupferberg.

I don’t agree with this narrative of appointing competent technocrats into the political arena as Ministers and Deputy Ministers. If someone like Sanet Steenkamp is already doing well as ED at Education, leave her there and do not try to turn her into a Politician. Politics

I am afraid up until now the National Team has no style or identity. You cant figure out what the team is trying to do. Its as if these guys never train together. I think its Time to the gaffer to step down.
