Our m7G #RNA modification detection paper is out in @NAR_Open. doi.org/10.1093/nar/gk… In contrast to a recent report in Molecular Cell, we find no evidence for #miRNA m7G modification. Also the presented MS data for Let-7e m7G modification could be ribosomal contamination😮
