Just like pumpkins at #Halloween, #Christmas also has a #FoodWaste problem. 2 million turkeys, 5 million Christmas puddings, and 74 million mince pie are disposed while still edible, causing almost 270,000 tons of food waste. #FLFA21 #NYU21 respectfood.com/article/how-mu…
