Heard this a few times now… physios are always the last to respond to emails 🤔🙈 etc …. Mainly because we are in the clinic treating clients back to back all day/everyday - we will always respond but more than likely it will be on an evening or super early in the morning 😃

When a clinician writes: "didn't engage with physio/non compliant" for people with learning disabilities what they mean is: "didn't know how to engage the person, so gave up"

Absolutely loving hearing that our intense rehab packages are facilitating earlier hospital discharge… 🙌

If one more NHS therapist tells a client they can’t work with them because they are seeking private therapy I might spontaneously combust 😂🙈 would it be difficult for NHS managers to circulate the actual guidance to staff?!

Something amazing happened today…. One of our clients with a diagnosis of FND walked… it’s been a long time coming … 6 years in fact… Always knew she would … 😊patience, positivity & hope is absolutely the key in management of this condition…

Call me crazy but… I kind of expect if someone is being assessed for a wheelchair then the therapist would actually assess the person’s sitting balance and not just assume what provision is required…🤔?

Got gifted this unbelievable piece of art by one of our clients who’s upper limb function was significantly impacted by GBS - now he’s a re known finger painting artist, he said for our office… it’s too fab so it’s pride of place in our main clinic 💙
