KALRO veterinary scientists had the pleasure to interact with veterinarians, exhibit their research work as well as offer veterinary services. During the event themed 'Veterinarians are essential health workers', the association also transitioned its leadership.

KALRO's Veterinary Science Research Institute partnered with the Kenya Veterinary Association (KVA) in the annual KVA conference and World Veterinary Day celebrated in Isiolo County.

During the 58th Annual Scientific Conference of Kenya Veterinary Association (KVA), our Regional Director, Dr. Raphael Kinoti, emphasized in his keynote speech why vets are essential health workers, citing the vital nature of their work.
