Oh gosh that's relatable..is this real life or is it just fantasy? I think I know the tendency..if we only see the big pile of work we never have the feeling of being able to succeed. Think in increments. #AgileTD

"The world is designed for people like us, we are the norm." Sad & true. But something to reflect on daily. Know about your privileges, make them transparent so that U are able to use them for the good of others who aren't as privileged. Think about it on a company level #AgileTD

Julian is telling us that it’s hard to advocate for #DiversityandInclusion in tech orgs through the value it will bring. But flipping it around and explaining the costs you get from a lack of it can be a better strategy. #AgileTD
