We had an amazing time at the Challenger Baseball game! Although it was a close game, at 12-11, the Challengers proved that we better just stick to police work. VPD won't be going to the big leagues anytime soon 😂 It was a great game with great people!

Mako visited the Detective Unit today and took the place of Det. Reale for awhile. Although he did not get much work done, Mako did find his way into Det. Reale's snack drawer! 🍪

The Venice Sail and Power Squadron recently held their annual Christmas Ceremony and hosted a toy drive for Operation Blue Santa. "Team Blue Santa" presented them with a plaque to show our sincere gratitude for their support over the years helping families in our community. 😍

We have such an amazing community! For the past 25 years, Dr. Lackey & Dr. Swenson have accepted toys as payment to donate to our Blue Santa Program. We also received donations from Suncoast Air Center and help from Sea Tow. 🎄❤️ THIS is what the holiday season is about.
