Former chef for Team Sky, hailing from a family of pro-cyclists, Henrik Orre Velochef know what it takes to fuel a body. Vélochef Clubhouse owner Henrik chose a similar menu to his Oslo restaurant, working with herbs and vegetables from the beautiful kitchen garden at Hotel Union Øye in Norway.
