2️⃣ Resistance training: ✅ 2-3x/week ✅ 60-80% 1-RM (begin 40-60% for older ppl or new to weight training) ✅ train each major muscle group ✅ 2-4 sets to 8-12 repetitions for each major muscle group ✅ resistance machines, free weights, and/or bodyweight
