After another 30 support tickets later they found someone who just handed the account over... again.

Got my uplay back... went to read the logs of support ticket how it got stolen. Support agent literally asked 0 proof that it was his account, only thing he asked for was launcher logs. How the fuck is this still possible? Literally only relevant info scammer provided was email

I find it funny that the guy who's trying to scam my uplay account bought a UNO-game onto it via stream so he can show that recipe trying to rescam the account and ubisupport actually asks for that receipt.

I'm so done with Ubisoft's support and their account/information security.
