We've partnered with Richmond City Sheriff's Office for the 8th Annual Trunk or Treat Halloween Celebration on Friday, October 31, from 5-8PM at the Richmond City Justice Center - 1701 Fairfield Way. Dress up, bring your family, and enjoy an evening of safe and festive trick-or-treating!

Per Governor Glenn Youngkin, the United States and Virginia flags are to be flown at half-staff out of memory and respect of United States Navy Captain Thomas Edwin Scheurich. The flags shall be lowered at sunrise on Friday November 14, 2025 and remain at half-staff until sunset.
