Update (7:15 AM ET): Engineers are on scene and working to restore failed hardware at a primary point of interconnection that is affecting service availability currently.

Update (8:05 AM ET): Hardware is being prepared for deployment that we hope will restore internet connectivity for those impacted. ETA: 10 minutes. If successful, engineers will immediately begin work to restore TV service.
