What an outstanding article!

Started off this week at Chris Yung, Made my way to Westgate and was met with some spirit wear, and ended the day at Antietam. Prioritizing instruction and lifting up our leaders is critically important work!

Dale City Elementary School’s science scores have been on the rise! One reason for this are the new outdoor classrooms that provide students with a hands-on learning experience.

In a heartwarming demonstration of their commitment to inclusivity, students at Tyler ES took part in an activity as a part of their “No Place for Hate” initiative.

The students exchanged friendship bracelets, showing how they are creating a positive school environment.

Spending the day deepening our science instruction with the teaching and learning science team, teachers and principals.

Learning from our special education team about updates & best practices in supporting students.

Starting off my week at Rosa Parks Elementary School. Great collaborative conversation focused on continuous improvement.

Today at our Elementary Principal meeting, I was proud to share the wonderful strategies that our school is using to support our ELL learners. We are all in for our families! Bennett ES

Great first week in @pwcs! I visited 7 schools, participated in instructional rounds with principals and division leaders, and saw authentic student learning in action. I am excited for the work ahead.
