In 2024, VIA LINK helped 220 clients access vital records, including birth certificates, state IDs, and other critical documentation needed to move forward in life. Every ID. Every certificate. Every step forward. We’re here to help make it happen.

In 2024, our Contact Center answered a staggering 73,902 calls each one a person reaching out for help, support, or connection. From emotional support to housing assistance, food access, and disaster relief, our trained specialists were there 24/7 to listen, guide, and respond.
