The ProStart Symposium at Culinary Inst. of VA was a success! Teachers from @NPSchools, VBSchools, Accomack County Public Schools, New Horizons Regional Education Centers and the Northern Neck Technical Center learned about forming dough, culinary math and even received their FOG Certification all while making gingerbread houses.
