Treating yourself with kindness, respect and understanding teaches you how to love others in the right way.

There’s so much of me that’s still the same and a whole lot more of me that’s so different to who I used to be.

Choose to be with someone who wants to keep growing in love, in life and in the things that matter because they will take the time to grow with you and won’t hold you back

I have to remind myself daily to be patient with the process, my progress and in the learning

I can create a life I want to live rather than live in one I want to escape from

The great thing about creating is that you get to define what art is for you
