While we were closed during lockdown 2.0 we kept ourselves busy. Sparring might be out of the question right now, but we've installed a new bag area in the gym, so you can keep up your training.

Online members: We have made a quick change to our online timetable: We have added a Kettlebells class with Simone to Monday at 7PM - starting from this Monday. We have also removed Simone's Conditioning class from Wednesdays.
