WOW !!!!! Our UNITE IN HEALTH members in SCOTLAND have VOTED !!!! 89% said NO!!!! To their 5% Pay Offer and a MASSIVE 77% said they are prepared to take action on PAY !!!! Well done SCOTLAND ....COME ON WALES !!! We can do this!!! VOTE REJECT !!!!

Our consultative ballot was a great success !!! The next step is to conduct a full INDUSTRIAL ACTION BALLOT. You might ask why you have to do this when you have already voted? This is the Ballot we have to conduct by post to ensure that we meet all of the regulations in place

Yesterday we launched our ballot for members working within the Welsh NHS. NHS workers are struggling to make ends meet and deserve better than what they've been offered. That's why we're encouraging our members to fight for a fair pay increase by voting for strike action.
