What a beautiful evening on campus last night! Our Symphonic Brass Ensemble played some uplifting brassy tunes on the picturesque Chancellor’s Court as part of the Summer Festival of Music 🎺🎶 We hope those that passed by or sat down to listen enjoyed!

Summer Festival of Music may be over… BUT there’s still some amazing music to experience this week! BEAST host a series of concerts in the Elgar Concert Hall this week showcasing ElectroAcoustic works using the incredible immersive sound system we have on campus!

And just like that, all our concerts have come to an end for the 23/24 academic year! We had a fantastic week with BEAST showcasing a series of workshops and concerts with a host of ElectroAcoustic musicians in the Elgar Concert Hall 🪐🎶 What a great way to finish! 🙌

Our congratulations go to our Director of Choral Activities, Professor Simon Halsey for being honoured for his contribution to the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía and to Spanish choral life. Simon was awarded the commendation by Queen Sofía of Spain - felicidades🎉
