Our School of Sport and Exercise Sciences team has been hard at work assisting Gillingham FC with preseason testing for their upcoming SkyBet League Two campaign ⚽️ The team recently conducted comprehensive respiratory screenings, checking nasal flow, airway inflammation and lung function to ensure


Back at Ebbsfleet United FC today with School of Sport and Exercise Sciences to continue pre-season testing with the squad as their preparations ramp up for the start of the new season. Using the VALD Performance ForceDecks to gather data on a series of jump tests. #authenticlearning #performancetesting
