Too many incidents of stray ‘dog lovers’ assaulting people. They need exemplary punishment as a deterrence. Feeding of stray dogs in residential and public area should be banned. Those who love stray dogs should adopt them and keep them inside their homes.

RWAs are instructed to vaccinate, sterlise, and feed dogs from money from residents. So one is forced to pay to get onself bitten & then take toxic vaccines financed by its taxes.
