Very disappointed with the extremely poor customer service from Honda Car India dealer Courtesy Honda, New Delhi. Despite repeated follow-ups, there is no accountability, no timely response, zero ownership of customer issues. Dealers bringing bad name to Honda should be banned.

The service levels &the technology driving customer support at GoDigit insurance once among the best in the industry have unfortunately taken a significant downturn. It is concerning to see such a sharp decline in a system that earlier set benchmarks for efficiency &reliability.
