We were delighted to host the Irish Screen Studies Seminar on our Belfast campus this week.
We heard from some of the top screen studies & film researchers, discussed the bright future of film, and remembered the pioneering work of late Prof Martin McLoone.

Congratulations to the Digital Mental Health Project Team, who research, query & demonstrate the value of digital technology to support mental health & wellbeing.

The Outstanding External Collaborative Research Team Award goes to the “Epibrain” project team.
“Epibrain” explores the epigenetic effects of folate and related B-vitamins on the brain throughout life.

Our winners are: Dr Alison Hampton, Dr Edward Archer, Professor Emeir McSorley, Professor Chris Nugent and Professor Elaine Ramsey.

Our Champion Winner for the Senior Distinguished category is Professor Paul Moore.
Paul has made considerable contribution to the development of research agendas across the arts practice, theory and industry domains, as well as leadership in key projects.

The Champion winner for Distinguished Research is awarded to Dr Ian Cleland.
Ian has played an instrumental role in several multi-million flagship projects, as well as leading the establishment of Ulster’s Connected Health Living Lab.
