As clinicians we are all of so many ideas that could change, improve and evolve the NHS I hope that we are considered in this next government

Our aim as a faculty has always been to set a future that values staff and boosts morale, at the heart of this is our awards ball which takes place next weekend. Staff vote for ray of sunshine, above and beyond and physio of the year.

It’s so inspiring to read the nominations and realise the positive impact that people have on one another.
