Criminalizing laws against #HIV are born out of ignorance & unfounded fear. They're stigmatizing & outdated. Now, we know better because HIV can be treated to #UequalsU. It's these laws that are the risk because people living with HIV are no social or sexual risk. #HIVIsNotACrime
