🚨 This morning IST became aware that users were experiencing connection issues as a result of a redundant fibre being cut. A solution is being implemented to restore services. Some services may still be impacted. Further information will be shared as available.

There is an issue with the core routers that is affecting wired/wireless service. IST is investigating with the vendor. Additional communications will be shared when available. Thanks for your patience while we work to resolve!

The core and external network is now stable and wired, wireless, and DNS services should be restored. Maintenance will be conducted on 1 router between 10pm and midnight tonight. There may be a similar service outage as experienced this morning during this maintenance window.
