This course is a 2 year part time Graduate Diploma and is a mix of online and work based learning. It is available for community nurses from district nursing, care home, general practice and prison settings.
Entry req- RGN level 1 and working in 1 of the above community roles..

This programme is aligned to the NES post registration Career Framework level 5 four pillars of practice. There is funding available from NES for this programme so all initial enquiries for funding must go through NES. If interested please speak to your line manager.

This programme at UWS is currently available for students from NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde NHS Lanarkshire NHS Ayrshire & Arran NHS DG and students from the independent care setting from these geographical areas Scottish Care @TransformNurse
