During today's ECFMP, one topic explored was scholarly work and how junior faculty can work with mentors to identify opportunities for scholarship and areas of potential scholarly engagement. This session was facilitated by Dr. Sue Pollart and Dr. Monique Dufour.

Doctor’s do so much more than provide healthcare. They provide a network of community, a means of resources and tools for patients and caregivers. FAFD thanks the doctors in our lives whose efforts make a difference in improving patient care and health outcomes every day!

Recently, the LAM cohort attended small group sessions led by Steve Piacente, an executive communication coach. The sessions provided coaching around interviewing and public speaking skills. Thanks, Steve, for sharing your expertise in this area.
