Professor of UTSWPM&R and OBI Investigator, Yasin Dhaher, Ph.D., developed a device with colleagues that shows promise for treating pain, spasticity, and paralysis. The electrode grid could be an alternative to invasive spinal stimulation procedures. bit.ly/4mmnYUt

Graduated Sports Medicine Fellowship last week! Can’t believe my medical training has come to an end! Next stop is Dallas Texas! I’m thrilled to be joining an amazing team at UTSWPM&R UT Southwestern Medical Center as an attending Sports/MSK physician!

Dr. Chaitanya Konda and his UTSWPM&R colleagues tested a therapy for chronic shoulder pain called percutaneous peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS). The study found that 83% of patients who received PNS required no further interventions for #pain relief. bit.ly/44PkFNw
