March 4th is International HPV Awareness Day. HPV is the human papillomavirus. Almost all of us will have HPV at some point and while for most of us it isn't harmful, HPV is linked to several kinds of cancer. So, today is a day to educate ourselves and others about HPV.

TMJ disorders are fairly common, and symptoms are most frequently reported by adults between 20 and 40. However, only five to 10 percent of people end up needing surgical treatment for these symptoms. To learn more, visit MyOMS.org.
