"Fire hydrant or fire lane", these can be located by couple different ways. Painted sidewalk, nearby concrete, or sign. Fines are issued but under regulations towing can also occur. Our friends at the Chattanooga Fire Department need to have space in the event of a fire. Oak Street ⬇️
