Three USGS crews measured high flows at 12 streamgages yesterday. About 4-8 inches of rain fell Monday night causing flooding in the Papillion Creek and Salt Creek basins. See Papillion Creek at Harlan Lewis Rd near LaPlatte, Nebraska, below. Gage info: ow.ly/WAb750RQ2yS
