A solemn visit to Jasenovac today to pay my respect to all victims. The Jasenovac Memorial details the history of the camp, the suffering endured by prisoners, and describes the horrors of Holocaust history. Never again.

Exploring traditional Croatian flavors, this time in Zagreb! I could not pick between tripes and sarma, so I had to have them both. Tripes reminds me of my childhood and you have to have a full spoon, and sarma is perfect for the sudden chilly weather. Which do you prefer?
