When I was a kid we would’ve been harvesting feed corn this month. It was a lot of work and fun that all the kids looked forward too. We would work and build a fire in the evening for hotdogs and marshmallows. It was a lot of fun playing hide and seek in the corn fields

When you got school clothes back in the day did it involve hemming up the pants?

When I grew up there were plenty of deserted coal mines and no one was allowed to go near them. As soon as you were old enough to travel thru the woods to them every kid went there. Surprisingly no one got killed or injured that I ever knew about

The weather dropped down to the low 90s the last week and everyone is talking about winter were I live lol. I saw people selling firewood in parking lots with shorts and t shirts sunning themselves. People just need a little change every three months. It’s pumpkin latte season

My favorite variety cartoon show was the Rocky and Bullwinkle show. My favorite stand alone cartoon is Top Cat . Of course the Bugs bunny roadrunner show was a close second .
