USACE New Orleans District began construction on a floodwall in Harvey, La. In December of 2024. Due to the nature of the construction and proximity to the roadway, Destrehan Avenue will remain closed to traffic until June 2025. Full News Release: mvn.usace.army.mil/Media/News-Rel…
