This week, we will visit secondary schools in #Luxembourg to discuss our UNYD 2023-2024 mandate and bring the #UN closer to the youth!

Today, we visited Lycée Michel Lucius and spoke with students about the UNYD programme and the work of the #UN. We discussed the #SDGs, how to achieve them by 2030, and #YoungEngagement!

Today, we held an online presentation and workshop for students from St. George's International School. We spoke with them about the UNYD programme and the #SDGs, with a particular emphasis on #NoPoverty.

This morning, we had another session at Lycée Michel Lucius about the UNYD programme and how we represented the #youth of #Luxembourg at the #UN. We looked at the #SDGs, with students focusing mostly on #environmental challenges, as well as fighting #inequality and #poverty.

On 18 January, we organised #TheBigRoundup. We submitted the UNYD programme and our mandate for 2023-2024. Afterwards, we had an interactive conversation about the #SDGs, with participants focused on #peace and #justice. Thank you everyone for joining us!

We recently met with Ombudsman fir Kanner a Jugendlecher to discuss our mandate as UN Youth Delegates. We addressed the concerns and interests of #Luxembourg's youth and how we represented them at the #UNGA. We look forward to future collaborations with OKAJU to advance #childrensrights!

Yesterday, we met with Minister Claude Meisch to discuss significant issues affecting the youth in #Luxembourg, as gathered during our consultation phase for the #UNGA. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to speak on these matters at the national level.

Reflecting on this incredible year as our mandate comes to a close. We're grateful to have been able to represent #Luxembourg's #youth at the #UNGA. We want to thank all partners for supporting us throughout this year. We want to wish the new UN Youth Delegates all the best.

On May 16, we were invited to CONUN, the EU Working Group for the UN. Topics included Youth, Peace & Security as well as the EU priorities for the upcoming #UNGA. We also met with Commissioner Jutta Urpilainen, to discuss ways to enhance international youth participation!
