دیوار استنادی عاشورخیل در کاپیسا که 96 متر طول دارد باشنده های محل و زمین های زراعتی را از خطر سیلاب‌ها محافظت می‌کند. این دیوار با حمایت برنامه انکشافی ملل متحد ساخته شده است. ساخت این دیوار 1547 روز کاری کار موقت برای 79 ساکن محلی از طریق کار در بدل پول فراهم کرده است. #آبادی

په کاپيسا کې د عاشورخېلو استنادي دېوال چې ۹۶ متره اوږدوالی لري ځايي اوسېدونکي او کرنيزې ځمکې د سېلابونو له خطر څخه ساتي. دغه دېوال دملګرو ملتونو دپرمختيايي پروګرام په ملاتړ جوړ شوى دى . د دغه دیوال په جوړیدو سره ۷۹ سیمه ایزو اوسیدونکو ته ۱۵۴۷ کاري ورځې برابرې شوې دي.

The Maleka Bano Clothing and Tailoring Center in Kapisa received a USD 2,500 cash grant from UNDP. It employs 8 staff and provides learning opportunities for 20 female students. The center produces clothing and handicrafts supplied to the Kabul market. Thanks to Embassy of Japan in Afghanistan

The Qazi Khil Canal Protection Wall in Kapisa, a 187-meter structure, has improved irrigation for 365 jeribs of agricultural land. The project provided 879 labor days of employment for 51 laborers, 8 skilled and 43 unskilled, and has helped prevent water waste. 🙏 Embassy of Japan in Afghanistan

با اعمار دیوار حفاظتی کانال قاضی خیل در کاپیسا آبیاری ۳۶۵ جریب زمین کشاورزی بهبود یافته است. این پروژه 879 روز کاری برای 51 کارگر محلی نیز فراهم کرده و به جلوگیری از هدر رفت آب کمک کرده است. این پروژه به کمک مالی حکومت جاپان تطبیق شده است.
