Director of the Student Teams Achieving Results program UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and bringing 25 years of experience to the plenary, Julia Kruse spoke with our educators on the topic of preparing students for the business industry on the global scale.

Thank you to our panelists Ashley Leak Byrant, Lori Bryd and Nedra Dixon for bringing their expertise in the health sciences field through a global lens. The discussion featured examples of global health care, leadership and opportunities to apply knowledge abroad.

Tori Ekstrand, professor at the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media, joined our last plenary session to discuss the impacts of AI in Europe versus the U.S., sharing her experiences from working at The Associated Press and expertise in media law.
